Convert any printable document into PDF on Mac natively

This is a well-known method to convert documents into PDF files on Mac, but it might still be helpful for those who are new to Mac. You can create documents with no need of third party software.
Benefits:
- What’s so good about PDF files? Well, imaging you have a special fonts on your computer and you used it in your document. Other people can’t see your original style when they open your document because they don’t have such fonts on their computers. Converting your documents into PDF files will make sure they have the same copy as you do just like printing out copies for everyone.
- Some documents, like web page, especially dynamic web pages. The contents could be changing every seconds and if you would like to keep what you are looking at, then PDF will be a very good choice while you want to keep all the format. Just make sure you choose “Print Background Colors” and “Print Background Images” in the printing setting before you “Save As PDF”.
Procedure:
1. The first thing you will need to do is to open your document and then choose “Files–>Print”:
2. Then before you hit “Print”, you can actually save it as PDF by choosing “Save as PDF”:
3. Once you name your document and save it, you can print out as many times as you want:
